Charles Carrington

Mr. Carrington provides the direction for LiveBolt.

Carrington has 18 years of IT experience, most recently including 8 years with IBM Global Services, and 3 years with Lotus Consulting.

Carrington’s focus the last decade has been on IT security, and especially on Identity Management, Access Control and Directories. From 2005 to 2007 Carrington built and managed an Identity Management group of 55 people within IBM’s Security and Privacy practice.

Carrington has direct experience with Fortune 500’s in the Financial, Telecommunications , Healthcare and Industrial sectors, as well as with large Federal and State agencies.

Activities over the last several years have included preparation and delivery of training classes in SOA Security and in Architectural Methods and Thinking.

Earlier work in systems integration, email systems and migration, and application development provided a strong foundation for the current security focus.

Mr. Carrington has a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
